Job Description
Semperis is seeking a passionate Enterprise Customer Success Manager to join their team, focusing on West Coast accounts. This role involves building relationships with customers, ensuring their success with Semperis products and support, and identifying opportunities for growth and renewal. The ideal candidate will be a strategic communicator with a customer-focused approach.
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience as a Customer Success Manager
- Aptitude and drive to develop and maintain an essential understanding of Semperis solutions and related Microsoft technologies including Active Directory and Entra
- Years of experience working with C-level Executives
- Ability to understand and explain technical cybersecurity data
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Proactive; ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Intellectually curious
- Responsive and adaptive to changing situations
- Genuine desire to work with customers
