Requirements
- Write, review, and maintain technical product documentation for multiple products.
- Interview developers and subject matter experts to become familiar with product technology and collect information for documentation purposes.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of products and customer usage.
- Adhere to technical documentation standards.
- Identify contradictions, technical omissions, and inaccuracies in documentation.
- Conduct and participate in technical reviews of documentation to ensure consistent quality of the documentation set.
- Contribute to setting standards and developing procedures for technical product documentation.
- Collaborate with peers to improve documentation development processes to increase efficiency and quality of product documentation.
- Review, edit, and proofread materials.
- Train and lead less experienced writers.
