Job Description
Senior Engineer, Network Operations. Monitor Semtech Global NOC, perform telecom nodes troubleshooting, diagnose end-to-end Managed Connectivity issues, and work with the Network Operations team to ensure maximum uptime of the system.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field
- 5-7 years of progressive experience
- Schedule flexibility with ability to work non-standard business hours
- Background in telecom and networking products (MSC, HLR, VLR, PGW, Radius, DEA/STP, VPNs, Routers, Switches etc.)
- Strong understanding of 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G, nodes
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- A keen analytical and structured approach to problem solving
- A dedication to customer satisfaction
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to work independently
