Job Description
Sendcloud is seeking a Corporate Development Manager to source, evaluate, and execute strategic growth opportunities. This role involves full deal cycles, financial modeling, transaction execution, and integration of acquisitions and partnerships. The manager will work closely with various leadership teams to shape Sendcloud's growth and strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- 3–5 years in corporate development, private equity, or management consulting
- Strong understanding of valuation, transaction structuring, and integration best practices
- Fluent in English (Dutch or other European languages are a strong plus)
