Sr. Machine Learning Engineer

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in leading technical development of AI/ML systems for pricing or related business use cases in production environments.
• Deep understanding of machine learning and statistical modelling concepts.
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (scikit-learn, XGBoost, PyTorch, JAX).
• Strong foundation in experimental design, statistical testing, and decision-making under uncertainty.
• Problem-solving mindset with focus on reliability, scalability, and rapid iteration.
• Excellent communication skills, with a comfort level in explaining technical trade-offs to diverse audiences ranging from developers to stakeholders.
