Job Description
The Maintenance Technician Lead assists the Management team in the leadership and supervision of the Engineering Department, performing maintenance and repairs to various systems, and assisting with fire and safety inspections.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ year experience in preventive maintenance
- 2+ year experience in plumbing
- 3+ year experience in repairing and maintaining mechanical equipment
- 2+ year experience in painting and 5+ year experience in refinishing wood surfaces
- 2+ year experience in basic HVAC, Water treatment, electrical experience
