The Commercial Sales Representative serves as the driving force behind new business acquisition and revenue growth within their territory. Through effective communication and relationship building, this role ensures a seamless transition from prospecting to closing deals.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Three years of outside sales experience, preferably in lawn/horticulture/pest field
- Must pass lawn application licensing tests in the state in which the position is selling
- Excellent computer skills, including MS Outlook, Word and Excel
- Negotiation and influencing skills, Consultative sales skills, and strong communication skills
- Ability to build customer relationships and provide customer service
- Valid state driver’s license from state of residence within 30 days of hire, and a clean driving record per company standards
