Requirements
- Utilize CRM system (Service Assistant) to log calls, update customer accounts, and maintain accurate records.
- Train new team members on key systems such as HubSpot, Captivated, Shopify, and RingCentral.
- Handle new lead prospects using HubSpot, including property measurements and follow-ups through multiple channels.
- Convert leads into sales by engaging with both potential and existing customers via phone, email, and text.
- Recommend additional NutriBuzz services that align with customer needs to drive sales growth.
- Support the team in achieving monthly and annual sales targets through proactive engagement.
- Foster a customer-first mindset by delivering outstanding service with professionalism and care.
- Work collaboratively in a team-oriented, positive environment that values respect and empowerment.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills, effectively prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced setting.
