Data Analyst

Data Analyst role involves acting as a critical liaison between commercial and data teams to deliver meaningful insights. The ideal candidate should be analytical, customer-focused, and able to communicate complex concepts in a comprehensible manner.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably within IoT, PropTech, or Energy sectors.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL is required (CTEs, window functions, and data modeling), with a proven ability to transform raw datasets into structured, high-performance reports.
• Experience with 'Data Storytelling'—the ability to translate technical data into business value for non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with a range of data analysis and visualization tools.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data in a simple, accessible manner.
• A natural problem-solver, capable of working independently and making data-driven decisions.
• A collaborative team player, comfortable with giving and receiving direct feedback in a supportive, empowering culture.
