- Liaising with customers during project planning
- Managing, measuring, and monitoring projects to ensure compliance with site safety protocols
- Creating project implementation plans
- Onboarding and managing external vendors
- Ensuring appropriate training is delivered
- Working directly with customers to ensure support is available
- Developing implementation processes and tools
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Providing detailed reports and technical support
