HR Generalist

We are seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support our teams in Canada, the United States, and international offices. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a full range of HR services, including HRIS data, time and attendance, payroll, benefits, recruitment, employee relations, and more.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience
• CHRP designation obtained or in progress is considered an asset
• Excellent computer skills with proficiency in MS Office and experience with HRIS applications
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and listening skills with the ability to handle inquiries and support employee relations issues with tact and professionalism
