Hobro Boligforening is seeking an Economic Director to lead the economic function and contribute to the association's continued positive development.

Requirements

• Responsible for preparing financial statements and budgets for all departments and the main organization
• Analysis, statistics, and reporting to revision, municipality, and LBF
• Management responsibility for three employees
• Further development of economic and management processes
• Internal communication and economic communication to employees and residents
• HR administration and personnel tasks to a limited extent
• Participation in the leadership group
• Acting as a sparring partner for the managing director
