Job Description
We're looking for a finance leader who can combine traditional financial discipline with on-chain innovation to oversee all of Sentient's financial operations, forecasting, budgeting, and compliance, while helping shape our token model, liquidity strategy, and ecosystem funding approach.
Requirements
- 10+ years in finance with experience leading or building at a high-growth startup
- Understanding of both traditional finance systems and Web3 economics
- Strong experience managing budgets, cash flow, and investment strategies
- Familiarity with crypto treasuries, stablecoins, and DeFi tooling
- Proven success with fundraising, investor communications, and financial modeling
