Entry Level IT Field Technician

We are seeking an energetic Entry-Level IT Field Technician to support our K-12 education partner's campuses in the Chicagoland area. The ideal candidate is passionate about tech, has some experience in IT support or troubleshooting, and can lift up to 50 lbs independently. The role requires travel between multiple school campuses and involves setting up and troubleshooting Chromebooks, managing IT inventory, and assisting faculty, students, and staff.

Requirements

• Provide on-site IT support to end users (staff, students, faculty)
• Set up and troubleshoot Chromebooks and other devices
• Assist with IT inventory and asset tracking
• Travel between multiple school campuses
