Help Desk Intern

Sentinel is seeking internship candidates to work with our Help Desk team and gain hands-on experience in technical competencies and customer relations. The internship program is designed to take knowledge from classroom to practical implementation.

Requirements

• Minimum of a junior in college or higher working towards a Bachelor’s degree
• Major in Computer or Network Engineering or related field
• Hands-on experience in networking, cloud, and/or network security is helpful but not required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience working in customer service or customer facing environment is a plus
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance
• Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
• Demonstrate a ‘can-do’ attitude
