Job Description
This full-time, in-office role within a personal injury law firm in Downtown LA is seeking a highly organized and proactive Case Manager Assistant. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the pre-litigation process, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage casefiles, medical records, and client communications. The role involves coordinating with healthcare providers and ensuring timely communication with all parties involved.
Requirements
- Experience in Personal Injury pre-litigation
- Fluency in English and Spanish (preferred)
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be proactive and able to manage multiple cases simultaneously
