This is a full-time position for a Bilingual Receptionist working with Sepulveda Sanchez Accident Lawyers in Los Angeles. The role involves greeting guests, answering phones, managing office supplies, and assisting with various administrative tasks. It requires a proactive and resourceful individual with strong communication and organizational skills.
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Case Peer, Lead Docket and Dropbox
- Hands-on experience with office equipment
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills (bilingual - Spanish/English)
