Life Enrichment Supervisor

We are hiring a Life Enrichment Supervisor who plans, organizes, directs and implements programs and activities, which encourage the social, emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual development of residents as an integral part of their total care in accordance with the community’s policies, procedures, Federal and State laws and regulations.

Requirements

• Plans, organizes, directs, and carries out programs that encourage the social, emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual development of residents.
• Interviews residents to determine the resident’s needs, interests and abilities to participate in activities.
• Maintains comprehensive resident activity assessments, quarterly progress notes to ensure full compliance with all Federal and State laws and regulations pertaining to activities.
• Handles and resolves complaints according to established guidelines; reports issues to Director of Life Enrichment and/or community’s management.
• Ensures that Injury and Illness Prevention Program (IIPP) requirements are being met and in compliance with Sequoia Living policies and procedures and the California Code of Regulations, Title 8.
