As a Sales Consultant, you will be the driving force behind the full sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching to closing and nurturing long-term client partnerships. You will own every stage of the customer journey, identifying high-value opportunities, delivering tailored solutions, and ensuring a smooth transition from initial engagement to ongoing account growth.
Requirements
- Expertise in the optical industry with an in-depth understanding of optical products, services, and store operations
- Proven experience in strategy/business consulting
- Project management skills to plan, coordinate, and execute multi-stakeholder projects
- Strong interpersonal skills to build trust and act as a true partner to clients
- Hands-on mindset to drive store roll-outs and implement the subscription model swiftly and effectively at scale
- Analytical thinking to analyze store performance metrics and identify improvement levers
- Problem-solving skills to anticipate obstacles and troubleshoot issues on the fly
