We are looking for an Access & HEOR Manager EMEA & RoW to join our team in Paris and support the growth of our Rare Disease & Oncology product portfolio internationally.
Requirements
- Over 6 years of experience in Market Access and/or HEOR in the pharmaceutical industry and/or in a consulting environment.
- Master's or higher degree in Health Economics and/or Pharmacy and/or Public Health, or related field (preferred).
- Proven expertise in health economic modeling, outcomes research and real-world evidence generation.
- Solid understanding of European healthcare economics and demand levers, including pricing and reimbursement.
- Knowledge of HTA and reimbursement systems in Europe (EU5, Nordics, Eastern Europe) and key international markets (Australia, Canada, Japan, Korea, MENA, Latin America), ideally with exposure to rare diseases or oncology.
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams (medical, regulatory, marketing, legal, finance, etc.) and managing external partners or service providers.
- Excellent analytical, quantitative and communication skills.
- Solid financial acumen and ability to accurately forecast prices, discounts and sales at account level.
- Strategic vision and ability to adapt to evolving pricing and contracting environments.
- Ability to work in a complex and regulated environment in constant evolution.
- Patient-centered approach.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and MS Excel, including the development of financial models.
- Professional and scientific English proficiency.
