Job Description
We are seeking a Snake Caretaker/Husbandry Worker (Serpentologist) to provide care and maintenance of pit viper specimens at our site in Salt Lake City, Utah. The role involves performing safety and security checks, care and maintenance of pit viper specimens, and maintaining a clean facility.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in animal husbandry
- Experience and knowledge of Crotalidae, pit viper biology and behaviour
- Lifting requirement: Be able to routinely lift 50 lbs
