Front Desk Receptionist

Serenity Healthcare is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join their team. As the first point of contact for patients, the successful candidate will provide a warm and professional greeting, update patient information, and perform various administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Calm energy, attention to detail, and team spirit
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks without breaking a sweat
• Fluency in digital systems, including email, scheduling systems, and databases
• Understanding of patient privacy and confidentiality
• 1+ year of experience in fast-paced, service-focused roles
• High School Diploma or GED
