Medical Biller - Accounts Receivable Specialist

Serenity Healthcare is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to perform collection and follow-up activities with third-party payers to resolve outstanding balances. The role involves accurate account adjudication, timely reimbursement, and ensuring the smooth flow of payments for patients. This is a full-time, on-site position.

Requirements

• Performing online account status checks and following up with payers.
• Documenting accounts and payments within the EMDR system.
• Taking action to resolve account balances and close aged accounts.
