Patient Care Coach

Serenity Healthcare is seeking a Patient Care Coach to join their team. As a Patient Care Coach, you will work one-on-one with patients, use a high-tech TMS machine to deliver therapy, and help patients feel supported and hopeful along the way. No healthcare experience is required, as the company provides full training.

Requirements

• 2+ years of full-time work experience demonstrating a strong work ethic and ability to connect with others
• Interpersonal skills – naturally positive, patient, and people-focused
• Ability to communicate clearly in person and in writing
• Ability to maintain a calm, composed presence, even in fast-paced or busy environments
• Desire to learn and be open to feedback
