The Intelligence department is seeking an entry-level Assistant Analyst to join the team responsible for championing a data-driven, holistic approach to marketing client productions, with a focus on sales and ticketing.
Requirements
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Administrate daily, weekly, and quarterly data analysis and reporting, focusing on sales activity and advertising effectiveness.
- Collect, organize, analyze, and interpret data sets from disparate sources with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Distribute timely and accurate reporting, including contextual insights and recommendations as needed.
- Ticket Programming: Create, submit, and revise ticket programming to support all aspects of inventory management.
- Liaise with industry ticketing and box-office partners to implement programming across multiple ticketing systems.
- Assist with strategic pricing and programming recommendations as needed.
- Agency Resource: Develop a framework for dashboards integrating client data and internal agency databases.
- Assist in populating data to dashboards and databases on a daily, weekly, and ad-hoc basis.
