Requirements

• 8+ years in software engineering with hands-on experience building distributed, cloud-native systems
• Experience leading engineering teams of 8+ people in high performance environments
• Proven experience scaling platforms, products, or services
• Hands-on expertise designing and building microservices and event-driven architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ, or similar)
• Strong coding proficiency in Java, Python, Go, or.NET, with active involvement in engineering deliverables
• Deep knowledge of cloud-native infrastructure and tools: Kubernetes, Istio, Terraform, CI/CD pipelines
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across product, systems design, security, and data teams
• Experience in GCCs, e-commerce, or product companies is highly desirable
• Excellent project management, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
