Job Description
Serko is a tech platform in global business travel & expense technology, focused on building a leading global team and product. They are hiring a Principal Engineer to help shape technical direction, influence architecture, and mentor a growing team in Bengaluru, India. The role involves collaborating with engineers, architects, and product leaders to deliver scalable solutions.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with modern technologies (Java, Kotlin, .NET, React, AWS)
- Solid grasp of software architecture and system design
- Demonstrated experience solving complex engineering challenges
- Clear communication and collaborative work style
- Experience mentoring/guiding engineers
- Familiarity with agile development
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
