Job Description
Serko is seeking a Technical Engineering Manager to lead a team of Software Engineers building scalable products. This role involves leading the technical vision, mentoring engineers, driving delivery excellence, and ensuring platform security and resilience. The company is expanding its global footprint and is looking for candidates from diverse backgrounds.
Requirements
- 8+ years in software engineering
- 4+ years of engineering leadership
- Demonstrated success leading teams
- Strong project and delivery management capabilities
- Hands-on experience designing microservices and event-driven architectures
- Proficiency in Java, Python, Go, .Net
- Experience scaling platforms with 99.99%+ uptime
- Deep expertise in cloud-native tools and infrastructure
