Job Description
SERV, a leading behavioral healthcare provider, seeks a Residential Counselor - Mental Health to provide therapeutic residential support to adult clients with mental illness. This role involves daily living assistance, medication management, crisis intervention, and maintaining a safe therapeutic environment. The position requires collaboration with residents and resident families.
Requirements
- Provides support to clients in daily living skills and personal care needs
- Assists with maintenance and upkeep of the group home
- Collects and records data, and completes all required documentation
