Field Operations Associate

Serve Robotics is reimagining how things move in cities with its personable sidewalk robot. As a Field Operations Associate, you will be responsible for executing commercial end-to-end deliveries, supporting robots in the field, and contributing to process improvements.

Requirements

• Superior organization, collaboration and problem-solving skills
• Ability to keep calm under pressure with a can-do attitude to meeting challenges
• Ability to work independently with little need for supervision
• Available to work scheduled shifts 7 days a week, day and night
• Capable of spending multiple hours on your feet and walking/biking several miles per day
• Comfortable riding bicycle in city environment
• Comfortable driving U-Haul sized vehicle
• Valid US driver's license
• Ability to lift 70 lb
