Job Description
Serve Robotics is seeking a Lead Front-End Software Engineer to drive the design and development of their robot-powered delivery systems. This role involves leading frontend architecture and implementation, fostering a collaborative team environment, and ensuring scalability, usability, and performance. The engineer will work closely with Operations, Product, and Design teams to deliver solutions that address real-world problems and improve the last-mile delivery experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
- 10+ years of frontend or fullstack engineering experience.
- 3+ years in a lead role.
- Deep expertise in web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, etc.).
- Experience with UI CI/CD mechanisms and deployment tools.
- Strong experience building and deploying complex single-page applications.
- Proficiency in state management, RESTful/GraphQL APIs and frontend build pipelines.
- Familiarity with UX design and accessibility.
- Experience with data visualization libraries.
- Excellent communication skills.
