Senior Mechanical Engineer

At Serve Robotics, we're looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer to help us grow robotic deliveries from novelty to ubiquity. As a key member of our team, you'll focus on mechanical reliability testing and improvements, supporting design stages, and collaborating with global teams.

Requirements

• Support design validation, testing, and qualification
• Conduct root cause analysis and develop solutions for mechanical failures
• Act as the primary technical interface between Serve mechanical engineering, test facilities, and contract manufacturers
• Identify and implement design improvements that enhance manufacturing efficiency, reduce cost, and improve product reliability
• Assist in the full product development lifecycle, from concept to mass production
• Review and refine engineering drawings, CAD models, and SOPs for manufacturability and assembly
