Senior Account Executives are responsible for helping prospective customers discover solutions to their business challenges and educating them about Service Express products and services. They are also responsible for the sales growth of the organisation’s services and converting leads into customers.
Requirements
- Engage and focus on procuring new logo customers
- Adhere and exhibit skills that embrace Service Express sales methodology
- Effectively run and execute meetings with new prospects and set meetings with prospects that hold and build pipeline
- Source and generate new business, by prospecting and cold calling potential customers
- Uncover prospects’ needs and position Service Express offerings to solve challenges
- Develop and deliver customised prospect proposals based on needs analysis to prospective customers
- Build and manage 12-month pipeline, consistently executing to drive results
