Administrative Assistant

This position is primarily responsible for ensuring all information is updated in a timely manner and communicating with customers to ensure we are providing excellent service.

Requirements

• Serves as the contact point and liaison for accounts
• Operates office equipment such as fax machines, copiers, and phone systems, and use computers for spreadsheet, word processing, database management, and other applications
• Maintains records and consolidates information for the weekly goals report
• Greets visitors and callers, handle their inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate persons according to their needs
• Screens & schedules all assessments
• Sets up and maintain paper and electronic filing systems for records, correspondence, and other materials
• Makes copies of correspondence and other printed material
• Monitors progress of D. R jobs and then calls homeowners to schedule visits and ensure they are satisfied at all times
• Reviews work done by others to check for correct spelling and grammar, ensure that company format policies are followed, and recommend revisions
• Composes, types, and distributes meeting notes, routine correspondence, and reports
