Outside Sales Representative

We are hiring an outside Sales Representative to grow our referral network across Massachusetts and Rhode Island. The candidate will develop and manage a local territory of referral sources, build long-term relationships with insurance agents, property managers, and business owners, and represent our brand at trade shows and industry association functions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of outside or territory sales experience
• Background in restoration, insurance, construction, property management, or B2B services preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience using a CRM system
• Valid driver's license required and reliable transportation
• Positive, outgoing, and professional presence
