Requirements

• 10+ years of enterprise software sales leadership experience
• Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth in a matrixed sales environment
• Demonstrated success leading solution or specialist sales teams across multiple product lines or workflow domains
• Experience selling to large enterprise customers (5,000+ employees)
• Familiarity with the ANZ enterprise market landscape
• Ability to lead through influence in a complex, matrixed environment
• Superior commercial acumen with strong forecasting, pipeline management, and business reporting capabilities
• Exceptional executive communication, stakeholder engagement, and negotiation skills
