ServiceNow is a global market leader that brings innovative AI-enhanced technology to over 8,100 customers. The company is looking for a Sr Solution Consultant who can support the Employee Experience, Customer Workflow, and ITX Solution Sales teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in leveraging AI to integrate into work processes and decision-making, as well as proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or technical expertise with cloud software solutions.
Requirements
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
- 5+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience
- Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or technical expertise with cloud software solutions
- Experience working collaboratively with product management, product marketing, partners, and professional services
- Territory management skills, including pipeline building and working with Sales counterpart to promote execution excellence
- Willingness to travel
