Job Description
ServiceRocket is seeking a skilled Atlassian Data Center Administrator to manage their Jira and Confluence data center environments. This role involves designing, installing, maintaining, and monitoring application and server performance, integrating with other applications, and ensuring the reliability of the Atlassian environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for infrastructure setup, automation, and troubleshooting.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing Atlassian Jira and Confluence Data Center environments.
- Strong expertise in infrastructure setup, clustering, load balancing, and high availability configurations.
- Experience with API and plugin integration with other enterprise applications.
- Proficiency with Linux/Windows server environments and virtualization platforms.
- Experience with databases supporting Atlassian applications (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle).
- Hands-on experience with Datadog.
- Solid understanding of networking, security, and backup strategies.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments
