International Clinical Operations Lead (H/F)

This International Clinical Operations Lead position within a global Clinical Trial Management team requires coordinating and overseeing local clinical operations, ensuring study activities are conducted according to quality, timelines, and budgets. The role involves risk management, vendor oversight, and continuous improvement, as well as liaison with the global study team.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in Clinical Operations
• 3 years of experience in monitoring
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
• Experience managing international teams and vendors
• Excellent English language and ability to travel internationally
