Program Manager

Manage all aspects of commercial satellite communications (COMSATCOM) services for U.S. Government customers, including design, implementation, transition, operations, and maintenance. Lead the integrated product team from project kick-off through project close.

Requirements

• Manage and direct the daily execution of contract requirements to ensure cost, schedule, and performance goals are met on assigned portfolio of contracts to US Government or indirect customers servicing Government end-users
• Develop and implement plans and schedules that provide the roadmap to meeting customer contract requirements on-time and within-budget
• Formally identify, assess, monitor, and mitigate risk throughout the program life cycle
• Perform variance analysis of schedule and cost on a formal and informal basis and present them to senior management
• Develop and implement corrective action plans when deviations from budgets and/or schedules are evident
• Assure a timely closeout of completed programs to ensure that all obligations are satisfied, and program documentation is properly recorded
