Setpoint Systems is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to ensure the healthy cash flow of the organization. The role involves actively managing the collection of outstanding invoices, maintaining positive customer relationships, and working closely with internal teams to minimize Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).

Requirements

• Experience with ComputerEase software is highly preferred.
• Background in B2B collections, specifically within Construction or Service industries.
• Strong ability to build relationships with Project Managers and customers to resolve disputes.
• Proficiency in analyzing credit applications and bank history.
