Requirements

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical training
• 5+ years of HVAC experience and/or training
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Excellent leadership and communication skills (written and oral)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, self-governing, detail-oriented, and versatile position
