Job Description
Sev1Tech is seeking a Cloud Engineer to support their ALTESS commercial cloud services infrastructure. ALTESS is a managed service provider for Army and DoD IT systems, offering managed cloud services in public clouds, Azure, and Private Clouds. The role involves securing and managing critical infrastructure and migrating applications to the cloud.
Requirements
- Active DoD Secret Security Clearance
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent IA cert and IT experience
- Experience with IPSEC/VPN, Border Gateway Protocol, and network technologies
- Experience with application migration to the cloud
- Understanding of network, storage, server, and application technologies
- Strong knowledge of automation concepts, tools, and scripting languages
- Working knowledge of DoD STIGs, and IA Vulnerability Management
- Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery experience
- Experience managing multiple large-scale projects
