Job Description
We are a fast-growing startup looking for an Accounting Lead to create a financial function from the ground up and take ownership of core financial operations, tax compliance, and financial reporting. You will be a key player in shaping the discipline at an early-stage company, implementing scalable processes, and providing financial insights to leadership for decision-making.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Accounting or a similar role (startup experience a strong plus)
- Strong understanding of AP/AR, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Experience with U.S. tax considerations (highly preferred) and comfort working with external tax partners
- Ability to implement tools and processes to bring structure and visibility to company finances
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills, with a strong eye for detail
