Job Description
Seven Hills Community Services is seeking an Assistant Residence Director to oversee the operations of a residential program. The role involves assisting with the oversight of daily operations, providing on-the-job training to professionals, and implementing individualized care plans. Requirements
- Support the Residence Director in overseeing daily operations.
- Promote dignity, independence, and inclusion for individuals.
- Assist individuals with skill-building, personal care, and household tasks.
- Ensure accurate implementation of Individual Support Plans.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful home environment.
- Administer medications and coordinate healthcare appointments.
- Manage individual budgets and maintain financial documentation.
- Participate in on-call rotation and respond to emergencies.
- Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and agency policies.
