Job Description
Seven Hills Community Services is seeking a Direct Support Professional II to assist individuals with daily living, promote community connections, and support their personal goals. The role involves training and supervising other staff, working with a multidisciplinary team, and ensuring a safe and welcoming environment. The position is part-time with a fixed schedule.
Requirements
- Support individuals in making independent decisions.
- Teach and assist with daily living skills.
- Administer medications and support self-medication (MAP certification required).
- Advocate for individuals and support their goals.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
- Drive individuals to appointments and activities.
- Participate in community events.
- CPR/First Aid and MAP certification required
