Job Description
Seven Starling is a leading virtual provider of women’s behavioral health services, focused on maternal mental health. They are seeking a VP of Product to lead product strategy and execution as they scale their specialized women’s mental health platform across the country. This role will focus on product innovation, strategic decision-making, and scaling a product organization, with a commitment to both clinical outcomes and operational scalability.
Requirements
- 10+ years in product management with 3+ years leading product at the VP/Director level
- Proven experience at Series A-C startups, scaling products from early stage to growth
- Deep, hands-on experience building and scaling products in digital health, clinical settings, or regulated healthcare environments
- Genuine passion for experimenting with emerging AI tools
- Strategic thinker and executor with evidence of products adopted by healthcare providers
- Data-driven decision maker with KPI's and dashboards
