Commercial Gas Engineer

The Commercial Gas Engineer will carry out planned and reactive gas, plumbing, and mechanical tasks across the Sewell Facilities Management property portfolio, with travel to different sites required. The role involves general maintenance and repairs of boilers, heating systems, and associated equipment.

Requirements

• Full driving license, valid in the UK
• Valid domestic & commercial gas qualifications
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
• Proactive approach towards both planned and reactive maintenance
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to liaise with contractors
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise numerous tasks
• A positive approach to learning & development
• Possess a flexible outlook towards working hours (out of hours working will be required as part of the on-call callout rota system)
• Strong knowledge of current health & safety practices
