We are inviting a dedicated Solid Dose Technician to join our dynamic production team. In this crucial role, you will be integral in manufacturing a variety of high-quality supplements, including liquids, tablets, and capsules.

Requirements

• Manufacture various supplement forms while strictly adhering to GMP standards.
• Work effectively with the team to achieve production targets.
• Follow Batch Manufacturing Records and collaborate with quality teams to ensure product integrity.
• Manage machinery operations, including disassembly, reassembly, and calibration.
• Handle raw materials accurately, ensuring precise measurements and blends.
• Conduct yield reconciliations at the end of each batch to ensure efficiency.
• Complete all required documentation, including line logs and quality records.
• Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of tooling, machinery, and production areas.
• Ensure smooth shift transitions through detailed handovers.
• Address and escalate issues, and contribute to troubleshooting efforts.
• Run and report on product trials, aiding continuous improvement.
