Junior Business Development - Tech Agency

Knobs Srl is looking for a junior person to be inserted into the Business Development team in support of the Sales team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in economic, communication, marketing, or related fields.
• Excellent communication skills, written and oral.
• Excellent knowledge of the Office/Google Workspace package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with digital and social tools (LinkedIn is mandatory; experience with other social media is welcome).
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools (e.g., email marketing software).
• Good data analysis skills (Excel intermediate level).
• Advanced knowledge of the English language.
• Precision and time management skills.
• Problem-solving attitude.
• Empathy and excellent interpersonal communication.
• Propensity to work in a team in a fast-paced and tech-driven context.
• Desire to learn and take on innovative projects.
